Agreement

By using QNSP Cloud services, you agree to be bound by:

• Acceptable Use Policy
• Service Level Agreement (for eligible tiers)

Service description

QNSP provides:

• Key management services
• Secrets management
• Encrypted storage
• Audit logging
• Related APIs and SDKs

Your responsibilities

• Maintain account security
• Comply with applicable laws
• Not misuse the service
• Pay applicable fees

Our responsibilities

• Provide service as described
• Maintain security controls
• Notify of material changes
• Provide support per your plan

Data ownership

• You own your data
• We process data per agreement
• Data deleted on termination

Liability

• Service provided "as is"
• Liability limited per agreement
• No liability for indirect damages

Termination

• You may terminate anytime
• We may terminate for breach
• Data export available for 30 days

Changes

• 30 days notice for material changes
• Continued use = acceptance
• Right to terminate if disagree

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
