Tier upgrade
Upgrade your plan for higher limits:
- Go to https://cloud.qnsp.cuilabs.io
- Navigate to Billing > Plan
- Select higher tier
- Limits increase immediately
Add-ons
Enable specific add-ons for targeted increases:
Add-on availability is deployment-specific.
Request limit increase
For custom limits:
Via console
- Go to Settings > Limits
- Click "Request Increase"
- Specify needed limits
- Provide justification
Via support
Contact support with the specific limits you need and the business justification.
Enterprise limits
Enterprise tier includes:
- Custom rate limits
- Unlimited quotas
- Dedicated capacity
- Priority support
Temporary increases
For planned events: Request temporary increases via the support portal or email.
